What is the difference between the features included in the CRM Starter and Unlimited Pro plans?
Everyone needs a powerful CRM, that’s what we are here to do at the core. CRM Starter will provide your business an all-in-one CRM with unlimited users and essentially every feature within Unlimited Pro, except the communication system. CRMDialer’s Unlimited Pro plan includes the phone and SMS services with reporting and the ability to increase sales efficiency to the max.
Are we required to sign a long term contract?
No. CRMDialer is available as a pay-as-you-go monthly service or as an annual agreement with a convenience discount for pre-paying the services.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, changing a plan and enabling add-ons is done directly from your CRM. All of the options and packages are available for self-service to select the CRM plan that is right for you.
What types of payment do you accept?
Credit cards are accepted for payments less than $1,000 per month. We accept ACH and wire transfer as methods of payments for invoice amounts greater than $1,000 per month.
What happens when our team runs of minutes and other credits?
Phone minutes, SMS, visitor tracking, email validation and e-signature credits can be purchased in batches at any time during a billing cycle. Upgrades can be done through your portal or by contacting support so that you do not lose momentum!
What type of support is available?
Unlimited Pro and Custom Enterprise plans provide enterprise-level support by phone, live chat, and email. Unlimited Pro plans receive 5 hours of implementation and dedicated training time. Live chat, phone, and email support channels are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
